Morgan Mile Manor Meal Plan (9.21.26 through 9.27.26)

Another week, another meal plan pretending we are organized adults who don't stand in front of the refrigerator at 6:30 PM wondering if cheese counts as dinner.
MONDAY 9/21 — Kielbasa, Sauerkraut & Pierogies
Yes, this is recycled from last week's menu because Jet and I both had the poops and decided kielbasa and sauerkraut probably wasn't the gastrointestinal support system we needed at the time.
So we're trying again. Thoughts and prayers.
TUESDAY 9/22 — Chicken Quesadillas, Peppers & Onions + Rice & Beans
Crispy tortillas. Cheesy chicken. Sautéed peppers and onions. Rice and beans.
Basically Taco Tuesday wearing a fake mustache and pretending to be something different.
WEDNESDAY 9/23 — Venison & Broccoli Over Rice Noodles
Hunting season is coming, so we're officially pregaming the freezer.
Time to start eating last year's deer because apparently Jet thinks he's bringing home another one, and freezer real estate in this house is PRIME PROPERTY.
THURSDAY 9/24 — Crockpot Sausage & Peppers + French Fries & Salad
Throw sausage and peppers into the crockpot in the morning and return home like some domestic goddess who has her shit together.
French fries because happiness.
Salad because ✨balance✨.
PIZZA FRIDAY 9/25 — Three Brothers Pizza + Salad
Jet gets the night off from cooking because I'm generous like that.
We're bringing home our favorite pizza from Three Brothers and pairing it with a salad so we can look each other in the eye and pretend this is a nutritionally responsible dinner.
It is not. We do not care.
SATURDAY 9/26 — Tater Tot Casserole + Green Beans
KELLY IS COOKING.
Which means I will follow a recipe designed to feed 4 and somehow produce enough casserole to feed a small Army battalion.
Brace yourselves for leftovers.
We will be eating tater tot casserole until morale improves.
SUNDAY 9/27 — Homemade Chili, Cornbread & Salad
Nothing says fall like a giant pot of homemade chili and warm cornbread.
Will it make Jet gassy?
Absolutely.
Will I regret this decision when we're trapped in the same house Sunday night?
Almost certainly.
Am I still making it?
YOU BET YOUR ASS I AM.
And that, my friends, is another week of Morgan Mile Manor's Meal Planning - where we meal prep with good intentions, cook like we're feeding a construction crew, and occasionally postpone dinner because both adults have tummy aches.
